What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right hand corner of the website, you are taken directly to your country’s version of the website. You will then see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
All of our products are made to order and we pack your items FAST. Because of this, we can only make changes up to 12 hours after your order has been placed.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Return My Items?
Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return.
Ninalem's Party does not refund any shipping charges on returns. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges on their order. If Ninalem's Party provides a return label, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.
If you received free shipping on your order when you made your purchase, you will be responsible for both the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when you return all or part of your order (unless the merchandise you keep still qualifies for free shipping). The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. Please triple check that your shipping address is your current address and that it's spelled correctly before completing your purchase.
